Chocolate Protein Porridge
Spice up the breakfast classic with chocolate flavor and an extra serving of protein! Here’s how:
- 40 g rolled oats
- 15 g vegan chocolate protein powder (alternatively, more rolled oats)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 180 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp almond paste
- Put oatmeal, chia seeds and your milk alternative in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, add the protein powder and stir. Optionally add a little more plant-based milk and top with almond paste.
